MISCHA x IRIS Your Escape

For those of you who came, you already know; the class we opened the festival with, 'Wonder Flow For The Curious Explorer' was a hit! The weather only added to the magical class delivered by holistic health coach and yoga instructor, Rosemary Vandenbroucke. 

For those of you that are less familiar with IRIS, IRIS: Your Escape, is Kong Kong's largest health and wellness festival. This year, it took place at Nursery Park, West Kowloon. Their goal is to create a collective consciousness that encourages people to connect with each other on a deeper level.

Yoga mats, MISCHA sweat towels, and lots of sun block at the ready, we conquered the blazing sun! The lawn was packed with yogis of all levels along with other yoga instructors who helped achieve the perfect form, whether it be in downward dog or happy baby! Actress turned yoga instructor Ankie Beilke was one of the many talented instructors that patrolled the lawn, ensuring the perfect alignment.
