Wonderfruit Festival Survival Guide

Camilla shares her tips for Wonderfruit Festival in Pattaya, Thailand
I've been to my fair share of music festivals, but Wonderfruit is unlike any other. It's a fusion of music, culture, food, art and wellness with an emphasis on sustainability. Four days of activities from eco-themed talks, workshops, muay thai, meditation classes to fire dancing. There's something here for everyone including kids.
WHERE TO STAY
Camping
With regular adult admission, you are guaranteed a camping spot where you can pitch a tent. Or if you are feeling fancy, they offer luxury tents in a designated Boutique Camping area that come fully furnished and some even with AC.
Hotels
If you want to get some shut eye, I would recommend staying in a hotel. Wonderfruit partner with a selection of hotels offering a discounted rate in Pattaya City, a 30-minute drive from the festival.
DOS
FOOD
There are plenty of food and drink options at the festival from Thai, Italian, French to Indian just to name a few, you won't go hungry.
You can also take part in their Wonder Feasts, outdoor banquets cooked by award winning chefs, with all courses centred around ingredients from their onsite farm. If you're lucky you can catch Asia's top chef, Gaggan. Be sure to book in advance!
DON'TS
ACTIVITIES
Wonderfruit is so much more than a music festival! Take part in one of the many talks and workshops presented throughout the weekend. You'll find workshops like jewellery making, pottery, weaving to screen printing. For those looking to relax there are sessions in meditation, yoga, and even power napping.
Download the Wonderfruit app, which has the full schedules for every day and a handy map. In-between sets and activities you can chill out in one of the many large art installations that offer shade, pillows and chill vibes.
