Picturesque Malcesine is known for being one of the most romantic towns on Lake Garda, Italy. Connie of K Is For Kani taking in the view.

Here are her tips on what to do there:

1) Visit the pebbled beach which can be accessed by a side alley up on the northern side of town

2) Have pizza at Pizzeria Ristorante Ristoro which is great and just outside old town

3) Take a 30 minute express ferry across to Limone and check out its lemon scented town for a day.

4) Visit Monte Baldo via cable car – the view up top is so ‘bellissimo’ (as exclaimed by one excited waiter at Ristoro to us)
